Ashanti Shequoiya who is better known by the name Ashanti is an extremely well-known American actress and singer. She is a US singer as well as songwriter. The self-titled debut album of Ashanti was made available in 2002 via Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. record label. The Declaration was her fourth studio-album, came out in June 2008. Hey Baby After the Club was released on the 16th of October for radio and digital outlets. She starred in the film Christmas in the City and was Latasha Montclair in Army Wives.
