Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He started in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
